How do I check in?
Every Acco property has self check-in. You’ll receive check-in instructions by email a few days before you arrive, so you can arrive when it suits you.
Where do I park?
At Acco Guesthouse, parking right outside is free of charge. Acco Luxury Apartments, Acco Ice Apartments and Acco Town Square Apartments are in the town centre, where free 24-hour parking is a short walk away, by Hof Cultural Centre. Parking details also come with your check-in email.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast isn’t part of the booking, but Café Berlin serves breakfast, brunch and lunch every day on the ground floor of Skipagata 4, and Acco guests get 10% off. We recommend pre-ordering breakfast on +354 661 0661.
Is there Wi‑Fi?
Yes, Wi‑Fi is free in every apartment and room.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, in every booking.
Can I cook?
Every apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette. At Acco Guesthouse there is a fully equipped shared kitchen on the top floor.
How far is it to the town centre?
Acco Luxury Apartments, Acco Ice Apartments and Acco Town Square Apartments are in the town centre itself. Acco Guesthouse is a short walk away, close to the swimming pool.
How do I get to Akureyri?
Akureyri is about five hours’ drive from Reykjavík, around 390 km on Route 1. Flights from Reykjavík take about 45 minutes, and Akureyri Airport is a few minutes’ drive from town.
